Number of beds:-Presently 200, subsequently to be increased to 250 over a period of time Hospital is divided into two wings wing-A and wing-B respectively

Control Room

• Medical Superintendent office on ground floor (Wing -A)of the Hospital

• Control Room functions round the clock, in Medical Superintendent’s Office and is managed by Duty Officers, who deal with any administrative problem, provide assistance and listen to public grievances with regard to patient care.

Casualty and Emergency Services (24X7)

• Location: on the Left side of the main entrance (Wing-A) is dedicated for General Emergencies which function round the clock, throughout the year. All emergencies related to Women and child are addressed in Wing-B of the hospital.

• No. of beds in the Emergency Department: -4
• Accident & Emergency services are fully equipped with all life-saving equipment like monitors, ventilator, defibrillator, nebulizer, ECG machine, X Rays machine etc.
• Accident & Emergency services work under Supervision of RMO.
• Specialists are available on-call basis to cater for all kind of emergencies.
• The person requiring urgent care gets medical care before paperwork like Registration/Medico-Legal requirements

Ambulance Services
• The hospital provides ambulance service round the clock.
• The Ambulance services are available for transportation of patients.
• Ambulance service can be availed at main reception
• This facility is available 24 hours a day, on all days.

Outpatient Departments
• Timings – FROM Morning 9.30am to 2:00 PM
Evening 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM

Interventional Cardiology, Trauma & Critical Care, Neurology, General Medicine, Pediatrics, Neonatology T.B. & Chest, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Dermatology, General Surgery, Laparoscopic Surgery Infertility & IVF, Obst. & Gynecology, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, E.N.T., Dentistry, Dietitcs, Physiotherapy
• Every outpatient seeking treatment at the hospital is registered prior to the consultation.
• A case sheet is generated for recording history, symptoms, diagnosis and Treatment being provided.
• For every new patient a Unique HR number will be generated.
• If you have been registered previously, kindly quote your HR number , while taking an appointment.
• In case, you are a non-appointment / walk-in patient, you are requested to wait to see the doctor.
• Appointment patients will be given a preference.
• Only emergency walk-in can be seen out of turn.
• Payments for all specialties can be made at the OP Billing Counter.

Pharmacy
• In house general pharmacy is located on ground floor near connecting lobby of Wing-A&B
• Medicines and surgical consumables required for the treatment can be procured from the in-house pharmacy which functions 24 x 7.

Diagnostics
CT – Scan and X-Ray – 24 Hrs.
Ultra Sound Timings – Week Days:08.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m. Emergency 24 hours.
06.30 a.m. to 08.30 p.m.
• Saket Hospital has lab equipped with modern equipments.
• Laboratory functions 24 hrs a day throughout the year.
• All routine and special investigations including those of Biochemistry, Pathology, and Microbiology are done by the lab.
• Regular Ultra Sonography and Level- 2 scan are also available.
• Reports are made available within the shortest possible time which will be specified.

Sample collection
• Investigations: Sample collection room is located on the ground floor of the both hospital wings.
• Report collection: From OPD Reception. (Timings informed at the time of sample collection).

Indoor Services
• Visiting time: – 11.30 a.m. -1.00 pm & 6.00 pm- 8.00 pm.
• Maximum 2 attendants (having valid passes) can stay with the patient.
• Indoor departments keep all emergency medicines in inventory.
• Medicines are purchased by Patient from in-house pharmacy.
• In house food is provided to all admitted patients as prescribed by the dietician and prepared under the strict hygienic environment at minimal rates.

Traning Program
Skill development and training imparted for the nursing staff periodically.

General Information
• Wheel Chairs and stretchers are available at the gate of OPD & Casualty for the facility of patients who are not in a position to walk.
• There are standby generators to cater to emergency services in case of breakdown of electricity.
• Parking facilities are provided for visitors at the two basement of the hospital.
• Adequate drinking water and toilet facilities are available.

Complaints and Grievances
• There will be occasions when our services may not be up to your expectations.
• Please feel free to register your complaint. It will only help us to serve you better.
• There is a redressal forum that functions in association with the Quality & Standards Dept to attend to all grievances and complaints.
• The complaints can be informed directly to the Administration or through patient feedback form.

• The success of this charter depends on the support we receive from our users.
• Please try to appreciate the various constraints under which the hospital is functioning.
• Please follow the rules and regulations of the hospital while inside the hospital campus.
• Please do not cause inconvenience to other patients by crowding or making noise unnecessarily.
• Please help us in keeping the hospital and its surroundings neat and clean.
• Please don’t argue with security guards, show your passes when asked for & cooperate in the order and peace inside the hospital premises.
• Please use the facilities of this hospital with care and do not damage/ spoil hospital property.
• Beware of Touts & unauthorized persons. Don’t indulge in any money transactions with them.
• Do not ask health care providers to provide incorrect information, receipts or certificates
• The Hospital is a No Smoking & No Alcohol Zone.
• Please refrain from demanding undue favours from the staff and officials.
